Flavours and Fillings

(For multi-tiered cakes, you can have different flavour for each tier)

Vanilla Raspberry 

Moist and melt in your mouth vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry conserve

Chocolate 

Unique light and rich Chocolate sponge filled with chocolate buttercream…our chocolate cake never disappoint!

Zesty lemon 

Lemon sponge filled with lemon buttercream and lemon curd

​

Coconut Lime 

Well balanced coconut and lime sponge filled with coconut buttercream and key lime curd

mango passion fruit

Moist mango sponge with mango-passion fruit buttercream and passion fruit curd

​

Red Velvet Salted Caramel

Light and fluffy red velvet sponge salted caramel buttercream and salted caramel sauce.

Blueberry White Chocolate

Blueberry with small chunks of white chocolate filled with white chocolate buttercream and blueberry jam

Traditional Fruit Cake

Traditional dense fruit cake packed with brandy-soaked dried fruits and a beautiful blend of spices baked 6 weeks before the wedding for us to have time to feed it with brandy and for it to have time to mature

 

All our sponge-base cakes are 5” tall - 4 layers of sponges filled with suitable buttercream, jam or curd. The cakes are coated with a thin layer of dark or white chocolate ganache (the combination of fine chocolate and whipping cream) before covering with fondant icing.

 

Apart from flavours listed above, I am willing to try new recipes and fulfil special requests.
